At Bineeta’s Jewel Box, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Final sale items cannot be returned.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. INFORM - Email us at connect@bineetasjewelbox.com with an image of the product and the reason for return. We will review and approve your return request and then the next steps will follow.

2. RETURN - Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in their original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) are damaged or shipped without their original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped. 

3. REFUND - The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about its receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. 

Cancellation of your order:

1. Every order is generally fulfilled within 4 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse.

2. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

3. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded to your original payment method. (5% deduction as PG charges)

4. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may wait for delivery and request a return, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Refunds Policy

Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • In case of COD order cancellation, it is up to the customer to provide the bank details for the refund to be processed.

Applicable Deductions

  • A total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. No bank transfer/credit to the source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. 
  • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% of the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before the refund.
  • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing the refund. 
  • TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND - Token amount cannot be refunded in case the cash-on-delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer/returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package will be charged)
  • In case the token amount paid for the COD order is more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

Eligibility

  • All products sold on our website are eligible for return, except Final Sales products. 
  • Damaged/used products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
  • Items that are not informed for returns within 48 hours and subsequently not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns. 
  • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meet your expectations, no money refund will be given. 

Refund Time

  • Refunds normally take up to three weeks from the time the refund is actioned to show on your credit card/bank statement.
  • If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, check your bank or payment provider for processing delays; contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at connect@bineetasjewelbox.com. 

Damaged Product Received: 

All our products go through a 'Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure they reach our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package or click pictures of the product that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to us at connect@bineetasjewelbox.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup of your product at no extra cost. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund.
